Castle Cannenburch

Cannenburch Castle is located on the north side of the municipality of Vaassen in Gelderland. In earlier times this area was overgrown with a rugged reed-like grass. At that time Vaassen is called Fasna, after the grass, and the name Cannenburch is derived from the Middle Dutch word for cane, canna.
